National Account Coordinator 

Position Summary 

The National Account Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all Interterritorial (ITT) transactions and National Account-related activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Novatech, servicing dealers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication, timely processing, and successful execution of national account opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service and communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

National Account Communication Management 

• Monitor and manage the National Account inbox daily. 
• Organize and categorize communications according to established folder structures and processes. 
• Respond to inquiries and requests within established service level expectations. 
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Service, and other departments to obtain updates and resolve issues. 
• Ensure all customer and dealer communications are accurate, timely, and professionally managed. 

Interterritorial Deal Coordination 

• Create and distribute all required interterritorial documentation to servicing dealers. 
• Coordinate with dealers to establish pricing, timelines, and project requirements. 
• Manage communications throughout the lifecycle of each interterritorial transaction. 
• Request and coordinate equipment procurement once agreements are finalized. 
• Assist with customer installation scheduling and implementation activities. 
• Ensure all required documents, agreements, and supporting paperwork are received, reviewed, and completed accurately. 
• Coordinate lease return activities as required. 
• Maintain ownership of assigned opportunities through completion, ensuring all parties remain informed and aligned. 

Equipment Record Administration 

• Update equipment records and customer databases with servicing partner information and related account details. 
• Coordinate equipment tag distribution and customer documentation requirements. 
• Maintain accurate and complete records throughout the customer lifecycle. 

Operational Support and Reporting 

• Participate in operational review calls and cross-functional meetings. 
• Prepare status updates on open national account and interterritorial orders by market. 
• Track and communicate project milestones, risks, and challenges. 
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction or project completion. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, operations, or project coordination. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external business partners.
