Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term client needs, including crisis intervention strategies.

• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and punctually to adhere to regulatory compliance and certification standards.

• Represent Talk Consult Behavioral Health Services within community meetings and task forces, advocating for mental health awareness and support.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the operational and clinical goals of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by our counselors encompasses a diverse demographic, ranging from individuals battling emotional distress to those engaged in substance use recovery. Your role will involve working closely with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing individualized therapy approaches to address their specific challenges and promote recovery. By providing tailored support within the community health framework, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC license in the state of Florida or be willing to obtain licensure with our assistance.
