Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools to thoroughly identify clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy services through telehealth platforms, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community organizations, to coordinate integrated care that addresses both the psychological and social needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating the ability to stay composed and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
