Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses accurately, using standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, groups, or families, employing various therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other stakeholders to coordinate care, share insights, and ensure that clients receive comprehensive, holistic support.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, including workshops and educational programs designed to foster mental health awareness and combat stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
