Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Designing and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and resources to meet clients’ holistic needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on serving a broad spectrum of clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A strong grasp of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to various client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
