Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths and challenges, and assist in formulating individualized treatment goals. Utilize clinical expertise to diagnose mental health disorders according to best practices.

• Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities to address a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions to promote positive client outcomes.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs. Ensure plans are routinely evaluated and modified based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic treatment efforts. Advocate for clients' needs and facilitate referrals to ensure they access necessary resources and support.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations governing mental health services.

• Advocacy: Promote awareness of mental health issues and advocate for clients’ rights within the community. Engage in outreach and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and enhancing access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n
