Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and clients' personal goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, while using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapies.

• Monitor client progress effectively, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute situations, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical practices.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to streamline comprehensive client care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices and research to integrate new techniques into treatment.

• Engage in regular supervision and ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical acumen and adhere to best practices.

• Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a focus on delivering accurate and respectful care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees may have access to the following benefits:
