Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy, utilizing various evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and remaining informed about advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
