Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage open communication and progress in treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools where applicable.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Lead regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
