Sales Activation Specialist I – Maitland, FL We are seeking a Sales Activation Specialist I to join our team at Spectrum. The role involves managing service orders for residential and small‑business customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Job Summary The Sales Activation Specialist I manages order fulfillment for cable, internet, voice, and mobile services, works across departments to resolve issues, and maintains accurate customer documentation. Responsibilities Respond to calls and messages from residential and small‑business customers, processing orders for cable, internet, voice, and mobile services. Coordinate with internal teams and business partners to facilitate order fulfillment from inquiry through completion. Gather and follow up on leads, cancellations, overdue tasks, and order exceptions to ensure timely order processing. Manage multiple systems and platforms to address non‑standard scenarios and guarantee accurate service delivery. Prepare and obtain customer documents, generate precise orders and agreements, and ensure correct billing and completion. Schedule and reschedule orders with customers, applying business rules to maximize completion rates. Share best practices within the team and suggest improvements to enhance performance. Work in an office environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service or sales experience. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and work independently or in a group. Proficiency using a personal computer and software applications. Strong oral and written communication skills in a professional manner. Knowledge of cable, internet, telephone services, accounting and billing procedures, office procedures and Spectrum policies, service troubleshooting, and residential product information, packaging, pricing, and current offers. Capacity to address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Familiarity with Spectrum products and services and high‑speed internet, phone, and cable television offerings. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of cable television, high‑speed internet, and phone products and services. Experience with troubleshooting and service delivery systems.
