Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work remotely, enabling flexibility while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms and virtual meetings. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional evening or weekend engagements based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, including individual therapy sessions and support groups.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans, effectively addressing the nuanced needs of diverse client populations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to advance collaborative goals, ensuring cohesive standards of care across our healthcare services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to empower clients towards recovery.
