Live-Out Resident Manager | Luxury Condo Building | Manhattan A luxury condo Board is seeking a Live-Out Resident Manager with experience to oversee a boutique luxury condo building in Manhattan. Will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and management operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Manager who can ensure the appearance and operational order of the building, units, exterior and common areas up to, or beyond, corporate expectations. Ideal candidates will be intelligent, self-starters that are detail-oriented and have strong time management skills. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance of building. Check the steam room for proper functioning of water and heat into building. Inspect all floors, roof and basement to ensure no possible hazards and/or leaks. Perform certain repairs to avoid hiring outside contractors. Inspect and investigate possible building issues, report and manage solutions accordingly. Perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing and central air conditioning issues. Maintain HVAC System. Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to corporate building policies and procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Resident Manager in a luxury setting. Standpipe license preferred. Experience with boilers and plumbing. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Proven record of providing excellent customer service. Salary range Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus and benefits. No apartment provided.
