Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide tailored therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Craft and continuously update treatment plans that set forth clear goals and interventions while monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client care through cohesive treatment strategies, ensuring all aspects of care are woven together.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to manage imminent challenges effectively.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to essential community resources while providing case management support to enhance their treatment experience.

You will work with a diverse population comprising individuals confronting substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health challenges, and various social determinants of health. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
