Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison for families and outpatient providers, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.

• Engage with insurance companies on behalf of clients to facilitate pre-certification processes and assist in utilization management.

• Participate actively in client discharge planning and aftercare initiatives to promote ongoing recovery.

• Provide therapeutic meal support and foster a positive, healthy relationship with food for clients in recovery.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care that respects and responds to the unique identities and experiences of each client.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients in a detox setting, each facing their own unique challenges related to substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
