Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or responses to severe trauma.

• Maintain accurate, detailed case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other state and federal regulations, ensuring high standards of documentation.
