We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Front Desk Receptionist opportunity with a high-end Law Firm located in Coral Gables, FL.

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Your specific duties will include:

• Greet Guest
• Answer main phone line
• Maintain conference room for meetings (keep clean, neat & ensure water/drinks are available)
• Maintain break room and organize snacks and Coffee area.
• Assist with the incoming mail and distribute appropriately
• Assist with the outgoing mail to FedEx and UPS
• Handle basic data entry in Excel

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Bilingual/Spanish
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• 2+ years of experience in a Front-Facing Receptionist/Office position

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
