Key Qualifications:

• Minnesota Special Education Teacher license required (MN SPED)
• Previous experience with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities), EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorder) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with alternative and modified curriculum
• Experience supporting students with mobility, communication, and self-care needs
• Commitment to collaboration and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in center-based classrooms with small group caseloads (6–12 students)
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Foster progress in academic, communication, daily living, and regulation skills
• Collaborate with support staff and families to ensure students’ success
• Maintain clear records and create a supportive, adaptive learning environment
