Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborating with general educators, support staff, and families to provide seamless support
• Utilizing a variety of instructional strategies to foster student growth
• Monitoring and documenting student progress while adapting instruction as necessary
• Cultivating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Participating in professional development and school meetings

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid and active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Ability to adapt to multiple school settings and flexible grade assignments
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and positive references from prior placements ( Please confirm previous district experience and positive standing if applicable. )
• Commitment through the full school year and open to multiple locations or grade levels
