You’ll work with a small, focused caseload in a Center-Based classroom, providing both academic and social-emotional instruction for 3rd and 4th grade students.

Take the lead on IEP development, evaluations, and guiding personalized learning strategies. Key Requirements:

• MN Special Education License (Tier 3 or 4)
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Skilled in teaching students with Autism and cognitive disabilities
• Strong organizational skills for managing IEPs, evaluations, and daily classroom activities
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise paraprofessionals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to start as soon as possible

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized academic and social/emotional instruction for a multi-age classroom
• Oversee and mentor two paraprofessionals to maintain a positive learning environment
• Write, implement, and update IEPs and conduct student evaluations
• Foster a nurturing environment supporting each child’s strengths and needs
• Collaborate with staff and families for holistic educational planning
