Bring your expertise to a dynamic school setting as a Special Education Teacher and help support students’ growth in a collaborative and inclusive environment. With over 10 contract openings available, there are multiple opportunities to match your skills and preferences to the right setting. Positions begin as soon as possible, with students starting classes on September 8th, and extend through June 2027.

Preferred candidates will have:

• An active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education.
• Previous classroom experience working with diverse student populations in special education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt instruction to meet varying student needs.
• Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, as locations will be determined based on preferences and present openings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized instructional programs for students with special needs.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to maximize students’ learning potential.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including progress documentation and compliance reports.
• Adhering to school policies, state and federal regulations, and best practices in special education.
