Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health and well-being of your clients:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, diagnosing and treating emotional issues within the context of family dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address needs that involve multiple members, including interventions regarding communication difficulties and conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to formulate personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.

• Assist clients in coping with a range of concerns, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, adjustment issues, job stress, and relationship difficulties.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions per legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure continuous professional development and adherence to quality care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes couples and families, addressing complex issues that encompass various aspects of interpersonal relationships. Your clientele may present with challenges such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, and family conflict. Qualifications\n
