About the Role Full‑time On Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca‑Cola in River Falls, WI. You will build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction, while expanding the On Premise Drink Market to its maximum potential. You will develop and execute strategies, drive sales results, and implement cutting‑edge tactics. You will also foster employee development through training and incentive programs. Responsibilities Service and expand the On Premise Drink Market, taking charge of product offerings and equipment solutions. Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive positive outcomes and exceed customer expectations. Stay ahead of competition, implementing cutting‑edge tactics to maintain market leadership. Foster employee development through training sessions and incentive programs. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience developing marketing strategies in the beverage industry. Excellent oral communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Ability to listen attentively to customer and employee feedback and deliver engaging presentations.
