Assignment Snapshot Position: Physical Therapist / PT Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Rehab Facility: Heritage Hall - Front Royal Location: Front Royal, VA Assignment Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Full-time Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $2,366 Start Date: To be reviewed during screening What You’ll Do As a travel PT, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing / post-acute rehab setting, develop individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support functional outcomes. What We’re Looking For Active Virginia Physical Therapist license Skilled Nursing, Post-acute, Or Geriatric Rehab Experience Preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility leadership Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician Why Travel with Continuum Continuum is not a staffing agency. Pay And Benefits Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements.
