Boost Therapy Center, Inc. is seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team on a full-time basis at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Front Royal, Virginia. Successful applicants will be licensed and possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), along with experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite during regular business hours, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, understanding their medical histories and functional limitations, to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and rehabilitative progress.
• Implement and document treatment protocols with accuracy, ensuring that interventions are based on evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Provide educational resources and training to patients and their families, facilitating understanding and engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to observed changes in their condition.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of documentation for patient care activities.
• Partake in professional development opportunities, maintaining current clinical skills and advancing through continuing education.
• Participate in facility meetings, contributing to discussions surrounding quality improvement initiatives and patient access measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist at Boost Therapy Center will primarily work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain. Our approach is patient-centered, focused on empowering individuals to regain their functional capabilities and enhance their quality of life through coordinated care plans and efficient rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, showcasing hands-on knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and patient management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
