Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite within our modern rehabilitation facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance. The facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies, and a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment tools are available to ensure effective patient care. You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of other physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals who are all dedicated to patient recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish baselines for treatment, taking into account their unique goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure quality care and adequate time for each patient's treatment, education, and support.
• Employ orthopedic manual therapy and therapeutic exercise routines to facilitate recovery and enhance physical performance.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding care plans and rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes, emphasizing non-surgical options and pain management through physical therapy.
• Utilize EMR software, such as Web PT, for accurate documentation and tracking of patient treatment sessions and outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate on multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest physical therapy advancements and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean record and no history of sanctions or board proceedings.

• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and ability to devise effective exercise prescriptions for diverse patient needs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure thorough documentation and tracking of patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
