Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Assignment Details Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS certification. At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/Step‑down setting. Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility. Duties and Responsibilities Assess patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes; utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses. Document the patient’s plan of care using identified diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions. Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education. Revise and document the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in the medical plan, and effectiveness of interventions. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
