Location Tacoma, WA 98402 Position Executive Assistant FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Business Hours Hybrid model: some hours at Commencement Plaza office. Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to a designated Vice President, ensuring smooth workflow and daily operations in the department. This top‑level role handles confidential information, manages routine and complex projects, and interacts with a wide range of internal and external contacts. Responsibilities Organize complex schedules, manage special projects, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial coursework; BA preferred. Minimum five years of high‑level administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in healthcare.
