Position: Physician – Musculoskeletal Radiologist

Type: Full-Time

Opportunity Overview

We are partnering with a large, well-established multi-site healthcare system to expand access to high-quality subspecialty imaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained MSK radiologist who wants the flexibility of 100% remote work while maintaining a focused musculoskeletal practice with a predictable schedule and strong earning potential.

You will read a high-quality, consistent mix of MSK cases (MRI, CT, and radiographs of joints, spine, and extremities) supported by modern technology and dedicated operational teams that handle the non-clinical workload.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
• Volume & Focus: Primarily MSK imaging with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + up to $100,000 in starting/retention bonuses
• Total Compensation Range: Up to $800,000 (varies based on productivity and experience)
• Full benefits package including malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret a high volume of MSK MRI, CT, and radiographic studies with a focus on diagnostic accuracy and timely turnaround
• Collaborate with referring physicians across orthopedics, sports medicine, rheumatology, and PM&R
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and peer review
• Work within a physician-led, collaborative environment supported by advanced workflow tools

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience in MSK imaging
• Comfortable with high-volume reading while maintaining quality standards
• Eligible for medical licensure in required states (support provided)
