Follow lawful directions, work rules, and participate in performance management. Interact positively with colleagues, uphold confidentiality policies, and work flexible hours as needed. **Job-Specific Expectations** Establish a warranty/goodwill policy, develop and adhere to a budget. Ensure prompt and proper submission of warranty claims. Train dealership staff on warranty procedures. Stay current on warranty policies. Serve as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturer regarding warranty issues. Assist customers in understanding warranty policies and address concerns promptly. Manage the warranty claims process from initial contact to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Other Requirements** Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Maintain a professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Meet production and quality standards. **Physical Requirements** Primarily indoor work in air-conditioned environments. Regular sitting and standing; infrequent walking, bending, kneeling, or climbing stairs.
