Job Description Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Part-Time, Long-Term Interim) Location: Piscataway, NJ (On-Site) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Duration: 4-6 Months (Long-Term Interim) About the Opportunity: LHH is partnering with a healthcare organization in Piscataway, NJ to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a long-term interim assignment . This is a part-time opportunity supporting a high-volume hiring environment, with a focus on onboarding coordination and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing onboarding processes within a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and placement activities for new hires Conduct background checks using HireRight, including data entry and follow-ups Guide candidates through onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Perform education verifications Monitor onboarding portals to ensure timely completion of required documents and health screenings Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure engagement and completion Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience Qualifications High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of high-volume corporate onboarding experience Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to follow up and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus Why Apply?
