Innovate32 is seeking a confident Registered Dental Assistant I with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a clinician who understands how to maximize efficiency through four-handed dentistry, manage complex imaging workflows, and ensure seamless patient flow. How You Will Contribute

• Maximize Provider Efficiency: Execute advanced four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize procedure speed and comfort, allowing providers to treat more patients safely and effectively. 
• Ensure Diagnostic Accuracy: Deliver high-quality dental radiographs and 3D scans using precision equipment, ensuring doctors have the clear data needed for successful treatment planning. 
• Maintain Operational Standards: Uphold rigorous infection control and aseptic protocols, guaranteeing a safe clinical environment that protects both patients and staff compliance. 
• Drive Patient Confidence: Obtain accurate vital signs and medical histories while engaging patients, especially children, with patience and professionalism to reduce anxiety and improve retention. 
• Streamline Practice Workflow: Manage EMR documentation with precision (Eaglesoft/Dentrix Ascend) and support administrative functions like insurance verification to keep the front-to-back office running smoothly. 
• Support Team Goals: Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, hygienists, and receptionists to minimize downtime, fill schedule gaps, and ensure a cohesive patient experience. 

Who You Are

• The Skilled Clinician: You hold a valid RDA I certification and BLS credential, bringing 1–2 years of proven experience in a busy dental clinic setting. 
• The Efficiency Expert: You understand how to anticipate needs, prepare rooms quickly, and manage instrument trays to keep the provider moving without interruption. 
• The Tech-Savvy Pro: You are proficient with digital imaging equipment, 3D scanners, and EMR systems, ready to integrate into our specific platforms with our standard onboarding support. 
• The Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to explain procedures clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse clinical team. 
• The Reliability Factor: You bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure and quality during high-volume periods.

Education & Qualifications

Required:

• Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant I.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. 
• 1–2 years of experience working in a dental clinic environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in infection control practices, aseptic technique, and general dentistry procedures. 

Preferred:

• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix Ascend or Eaglesoft. 
• Experience operating dental imaging equipment including X-ray machines and 3D scanners with precision. 
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and pediatric patient management. 

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
