Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their needs and abilities to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions, employing innovative techniques and tools to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related issues.
• Deliver therapeutic care at patients' homes, ensuring interventions are consistent with the established plan of care and tailored to each individual's unique situation.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge for active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, utilizing electronic health record systems as necessary.
• Meet organizational utilization goals and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, contributing to overall patient success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
