Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or an equivalent degree.

Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Florida.

Ability to multitask effectively in a home care setting while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in therapy.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, with a focus on outpatient or home health settings.

Experience utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and care coordination.
