Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health Visit Nurse position in the Port Angeles and Sequim areas, requiring a valid WA RN license and home health or acute care experience. Requirements Active WA State RN license or compact license accepted in WA currently in hand Current BLS certification Associate's degree required; BSN preferred Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in home health, acute, or long-term care Valid WA driver's license with a driving record in compliance with facility standards Proof of automobile insurance and reliable personal vehicle for traveling to patient residences Cell phone with activated voicemail required Home internet connectivity required (work laptop provided) Responsibilities Home health care setting serving patients in their place of residence in the Port Angeles and Sequim areas Post-acute care patient population with a variety of nursing needs as delegated by a Case Manager RN Full-time schedule of 5x8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week Weekend and holiday coverage required 13-week contract Charting performed in Epic (experience required) Provides nursing visits and continuity of care for a caseload of patients under the overall planning and coordination of the Case Manager RN Delivers nursing care in patients' places of residence in accordance with physician orders and applicable regulations Keeps the Case Manager RN informed of patient progress, recommended actions, physician orders, and plans for upcoming visits Expected to apply full working knowledge of nursing principles and demonstrate independent problem-solving in complex and diverse situations Works as part of an interdisciplinary care team Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts Job ID: P-732343 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
