We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Branch Manager opportunity with a financial organization that values teamwork, exceptional service, professional development, and giving back to the community

The Branch Manager is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Lead daily branch operations and supervise, coach, train, and develop branch staff while ensuring exceptional member service and efficient workflow.
Oversee consumer lending activities, including reviewing and underwriting loan applications, making credit decisions within assigned authority, preparing loan documentation, and supporting loan funding.
Manage operational compliance and quality control, including branch audits, new account and loan file reviews, BSA/AML/OFAC monitoring, and adherence to applicable banking regulations.
Support real estate lending activities, including Home Equity and Second Trust Deed loans, appraisal and title review, mortgage lending, and loan modifications.
Oversee collection activities across consumer and real estate loan portfolios, including delinquency management, bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, and account modifications.
Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements, internal and external audits, policy and procedure development, regulatory changes, corrective actions, and special projects.

Required qualifications for the position include:

Experience with operational processing for card services, ACH, and exception processing.
2 years branch Management experience
Previous experience with a lending background required

Pay Rate Range: $34.00 - $43.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
