Sr Account Manager

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work remotely for our Industrial Automation team within the Intelligrated Channel sales organization.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by building and maintaining strong relationships with our Integrator partners customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Integrator customers, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute territory key account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Provide direct to Integrator sales of IGS, Transnorm, and USS equipment and systems.

  • Travel US/Canada

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $142,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or technical sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
