You will have the opportunity to:Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolutionDevelop case strategy and independently manage significant mattersResearch and analyze sophisticated legal issuesDevelop and execute discovery strategiesTake and defend depositionsManage document-intensive litigationDraft and argue dispositive motionsPrepare cases for trialWork directly with clients and develop long-term client relationshipsCollaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areasBuild and expand your own practice with the support of the firm's business-development and marketing resourcesThe ideal candidate is a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a genuine passion for advocacy.
