Door to Door Partner Manager

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually RFNOW Inc. is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to lead our contracted door-to-door sales vendors and drive Residential customer growth across our service territory. The role is responsible for vendor relationships, field execution, performance, compliance, and sales quality. The successful candidate will work closely with vendor leadership and internal teams to ensure sales are generated professionally, accurately, and efficiently from the first customer interaction through installation and activation. Reports To: VP, Residential Sales Key Responsibilities Manage contracted door-to-door vendors, including onboarding, agreements, targets, incentives, and day-to-day relationships. Plan vendor staffing and territory deployment based on serviceability, market opportunity, sales targets, and installation capacity. Monitor vendor and representative performance using daily and weekly metrics, including doors knocked, unique doors, right-party contacts, conversion, sales, cancellations, and activations. Coach vendor leaders and sales representatives through performance reviews, field visits, ride-alongs, training, and corrective action when required. Ensure vendors follow approved territories, identification standards, pricing, sales messaging, customer eligibility rules, privacy requirements, and conduct expectations. Investigate customer complaints and field incidents, document outcomes, and ensure appropriate corrective action is completed. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, lead attribution, reporting, and commission validation. Coordinate with Sales Administration, Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Customer Experience to support clean sales handoffs and timely issue resolution. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in sales management, vendor management, field sales, or business development; telecom experience is preferred. Experience managing door-to-door teams, contracted vendors, or geographically dispersed sales representatives. Strong coaching, negotiation, relationship-management, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using CRM data, field activity metrics, Excel, and performance reports to drive decisions. Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout RFNOW's service territory. Remote/hybrid position with regular field visits and occasional evening or weekend support.
