People & Operations Manager

Mesh Security – Remote US / Bay Area Preferred Mesh Security is a fast-growing enterprise cybersecurity company operating across the US, Israel, and EMEA. We are building a unified security platform for large enterprises and scaling rapidly post-Series A. We are looking for a strong People & Operations Manager to own and stabilize our operational backbone as we grow globally. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in startup environments, takes ownership, and knows how to build structure without bureaucracy. Responsibilities Own US and global payroll, benefits, and employment operations Manage EOR relationships (Deel / Remote / etc.) for global employees Coordinate cross-border employment compliance (US, Israel, EMEA) Oversee onboarding and offboarding across jurisdictions Own vendor contracts (payroll, benefits, insurance, HR systems) Support equity administration processes (Carta / grants / vesting tracking) Act as operational bridge between CEO, finance, legal, and GTM teams Ensure execution follow-through across the company Handle sensitive people matters with discretion and maturity Requirements 3+ years in People / Operations role in a startup or high‑growth company Hands‑on experience with US payroll and benefits administration Experience working with EOR providers for international hiring Strong ownership mindset and high execution standards Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English High discretion and emotional intelligence What This Role Is Not This is a high-impact execution role for someone who wants to grow with a scaling cybersecurity company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mesh Security
