Execute daily prospecting to build a robust pipeline targeting hotels, country clubs, restaurant groups, and hospitality management companies Pursue new accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field presence Target new business tied to openings, renovations, and concept refreshes Displace competitor products from established accounts Engage directly with chefs, F&B directors, general managers, and ownership to drive specifications Serve as a trusted advisor for front-of-house and tabletop design solutions Leverage Design Centers and showrooms as immersive selling tools Sustain a high-volume, rapid-velocity sales pipeline with all activity documented in CRM Achieve or surpass revenue and new-business targets What you'll bring . Minimum three years outside sales experience (foodservice, hospitality, or similar preferred) Tabletop, front-of-house, or design-focused selling background highly valued Demonstrated "hunter" sales mentality with documented new-business wins Confident cold-calling and prospecting abilities Capacity to reach and persuade senior decision-makers Strong interpersonal presence and presentation skills Self-motivation, competitive drive, and results orientation Employee ownership An ESOP stake in the company, company-paid - established 2017.
