Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide consultation and develop pre-crisis and crisis management plans, including risk assessments and behavioral guidelines.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment activities promptly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs effectively, partnering with the clinical team to foster successful outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance the continuum of care.

• Promote open lines of communication within the team and with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and contract standards.
\n
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local and state agencies to secure funding and collaborative opportunities.
\n
• Pursue continual professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Embody and disseminate the agency's mission, values, and principles in all client interactions and programmatic initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to our overarching goals.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and various developmental and neurological issues. Qualifications\n
