Restaurant Manager | Braintree, MA

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Braintree, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop strong teams, and consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates must have proven management experience in a restaurant generating $8 million or more in annual sales .

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Coach, develop, and motivate Front-of-House team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant execution.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, food costs, and other key operating expenses.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while building guest loyalty.
• Support sales-building initiatives, local restaurant marketing, and special events.
• Work closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to ensure smooth FOH and BOH operations.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and all health and food-safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service operation.
• Experience managing restaurant volume of $8 million+ in annual sales is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L performance.
• Proven ability to manage busy shifts while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
