Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and crisis interventions to identify the needs of clients and the appropriate level of care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment planning and case management for clients.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, facilitating psychoeducational workshops to address mental health topics pertinent to our clients.

• Coordination with other health professionals and institutions to ensure seamless transitions in care, including discharges and referrals to support services.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Supervise and mentor interns or trainees, fostering their professional development and ensuring they adhere to best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with therapeutic techniques and mental health policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily work with children, teenagers, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
