Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift (2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM)
Advanced Cooling Technologies (ACT) is an innovative manufacturer of thermal management solutions supporting industries including aerospace, defense, medical devices, HVAC, and commercial satellites. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our growing team and help build cutting-edge aerospace products that make an impact around the world.
What You'll Do

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components to AWS D17.1 standards.
• Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, fluid transfer, and sealing operations on aerospace pressure vessels.
• Partner closely with Engineering to support the design, fabrication, testing, and implementation of manufacturing tooling and processes.
• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM equipment.
• Complete detailed manufacturing documentation to ensure quality, traceability, and compliance requirements are met.
• Support fabrication, assembly, testing, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, preventive maintenance, and assist in developing manufacturing and test procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional TIG welding training/certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Previous AWS D17.1 welding qualifications highly preferred.
• Experience with fabrication, brazing, machining, assembly, testing, and basic electrical work is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
