Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help patients reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing success at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical developments and modify approaches to keep patients on the path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
