Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to middle school students’ needs.
• Deliver effective specialized instruction across inclusive, resource, or self-contained classroom settings.
• Monitor, document, and assess student progress toward academic and behavioral benchmarks.
• Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, families, and administrators to deliver comprehensive student support.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.

• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, devoted to a single middle school campus—no traveling between sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, or completion of an accredited teacher preparation program.

• Strong IEP writing, communication, and organization skills.
