Requisito De Disponibilidad De Apertura
Este puesto requiere disponibilidad fiable para comenzar a trabajar a las 6:00 a.m. durante todo el ao, incluyendo durante el colegio, verano, vacaciones, temporadas deportivas y actividades extraescolares.
Antes de comenzar a trabajar, establecers un horario semanal acordado que apoye tanto tus objetivos como las necesidades del restaurante.
Salario Y Ascenso
El salario inicial se basa en la disponibilidad constante, experiencia, responsabilidades asignadas, competencia demostrada y las necesidades del restaurante.
Los miembros del equipo pueden utilizar listas claras de progreso para desarrollar sus habilidades, asumir mayores responsabilidades y ganar ms.
Lo Que Hars
Los miembros del equipo de apertura ayudan a preparar el restaurante para servir a nuestros primeros huspedes con excelencia.
Las responsabilidades pueden incluir:
- Llegar preparado y listo para trabajar a la hora programada
- Completar las listas de comprobacin de apertura y preparar el restaurante para el servicio
- Montar, almacenar, limpiar y organizar estaciones de trabajo
- Preparar ingredientes y alimentos segn los estndares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria de Chick-fil-A
- Cocinar, montar, empaquetar y comprobar la precisin de los pedidos
- Tomar pedidos de los huspedes y procesar los pagos con precisin
- Atender a los huspedes en la recepcin, comedor, pedidos mviles y zonas de autoservicio
- Almacenar ingredientes, bebidas, salsas, envases, utensilios y suministros
- Limpieza y desinfeccin de cocinas, comedores, baos y reas de servicio
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria, manejo de efectivo, seguridad y restaurantes
- Comunicarse de forma clara y apoyar a los compaeros a medida que cambian las necesidades del negocio

Formacin Y Crecimiento
Cada nuevo miembro del equipo recibe un plan de formacin claro y apoyo prctico de un formador durante las dos a cuatro primeras semanas.
Revisamos el progreso de la formacin hasta la finalizacin para ayudar a garantizar que cada miembro del equipo reciba la instruccin, la prctica, la retroalimentacin y el nimo necesarios para tener xito.
