Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and sustain meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, enabling them to express their thoughts and emotions freely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health counseling services tailored to youth clients, many of whom may be grappling with grief, trauma, or chronic illness in a hospice setting. This role requires sensitivity, resilience, and an understanding of the unique challenges that come with providing care in a hospice environment.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• A current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required.

• At least two years of professional experience in a social work or counseling role, with a strong preference for five years of experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure effective documentation and communication.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
