Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional states, and individual needs at the initial phase of therapy.

• Facilitate a range of therapy modalities including individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques suitable for each setting.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support when clients face acute mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
