Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through both telehealth platforms and in-person consultations at our community health clinic.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address clients' needs.

• Engage in continuous communication with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and resources available in the community.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Your role involves being culturally sensitive and respectful while addressing unique challenges rooted in clients' individual experiences and family dynamics. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate issues such as trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited graduate program.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in New Jersey.
\n
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to provide bilingual psychotherapy services effectively.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Respectful of cultural differences while delivering client-centered care.
\n
• Ability to effectively navigate a range of issues presented by a culturally diverse clientele.
\n
• Experience in CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health is a plus.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and practicing confidentiality.
\n
• A valid driver's license and civil liability insurance are required.

• Experience working as an in-network provider with major insurance panels.

• Proficiency in EHR software, Microsoft Office, and various digital collaboration tools.

• Willingness to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and added bonuses for exceptional performance.
